If you are having issues with binggo please review the instructions below to make sure that you have the latest version of binggo installed:
  • If you have an iOS device (iPhone, iPod, iPad): Start the “App Store” app and click on the lower right icon labeled “Updates.” If binggo is installed and there is an updated version you will be able to see it here. Should that be the case, please follow the standard update process.
     
  • If you have an Android device: Start the “Market” app and click on “Settings” and then on “My apps.” If binggo is installed and there is an updated version you will be able to see it here. Should that be the case, please follow the standard update process.

If binggo does not download anything at all, make sure that you have GPS/Location Services enabled. You can test this by using Google Maps on your device, if it's able to find where you are, your GPS is working. Alternatively, you can write the name of a town in the app's search window underneath the binggo logo.

If the last version of binggo crashes, make sure that you have the right OS version (iOS 4.X or newer and Android 2.X or newer.) If you are still having crashes, please completely remove the application from your system (and iTunes on iOS) and download and install again. We have successfully installed the app on the iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, and 4S.
